FOOTHILLS ATV RIDERS INC. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NOW HANDLED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE

This will provide a more speedy process of getting you on the waiting list.

Here we will cover what we are looking for during this process. Let me first start off with we value everyone's privacy and the information submitted during the registration process will not be seen by anyone other the club's President, Secretary & Webmaster. Your privacy is our number one concern.

All current club members information on file was manually entered into the database by this site's webmaster but continue to read further.

For those who are looking to become members of the Foothills ATV Riders Inc. club go to the menu above and click on NEW MEMBER SIGNUP. When the page opens up, go to Membership Type & select Waiting List. This club has a membership limit and it is currently full. New applications are added to the list in the order they are received, first come, first serve.

One might ask, what is the benefit of being added to the waiting list. Well, it's like this, we have many people who want to become members of the club and it may take some time before you are called up.
Other advantages are once your on the waiting list, the club already has all your information and you now qualify to ride with another club member or participate in one of the club hosted rides. This of course requires the purchase of a DAY PASS. They can only be purchased by the club member you intend on riding with and only good for the day specified. If you are attending a hosted club event, the DAY PASS can be purchased prior to the ride by getting in touch with the Club President/Treasurer on location. The cost of a a DAY PASS is $10.00 per person and that will include your meal if provided.

<The way we have set this up is as follows>

The head of household will create their account and list their spouse during the process, if you have one. If you have additional family members, list them as well. The head of household is the account holder and the only one who will have login access. If you wish to share your login information with other members of your family make sure that you use a password that you're willing to share with others. Your family members will be listed in your membership but will not have login access.

There are questions throughout the process that are required fields indicated by a RED DOT as well as optional fields. All documents will be uploaded during the registration process so make sure you have the following available at the time you start your application. COPY or COPIES of the following depending on your situation: VALID REGISTRATION & INSURANCE ID Card & a SIDE PHOTO for each machine you plan on using on the trail system with the expiration date visible. Do not group your ID Cards, Photos or HOLD HARMLESS AGREE With other documents or the will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit.  It's real time consuming and I no longer have the time to edit everything. When submitting documents, those that are scanned work the best. Photo copies tend to be blurry if you don't take close ups and your not right over the top of the document. If we can't read them, you'll have to do it again.

It is your responsibility as a member to make sure these documents are valid and kept up to date. Expired documents means suspended membership until the issue has been resolved.
The head of household can check the status of their documents by logging into the website, going to your profile, clicking on Attachments in the More Member Options block. If you have purchased a machine after you have become a member, this is where you would go to update your documents. Then you need to go to  Additional Member Data, then scroll down and enter your information in the related fields. We have provided the ability to add information for up to 4 machines. If you have more than 4 machines, let us know so that additional fields can be added to the registration process.
